I'm going to buy a shitty-ass beat 325e and do it. It MUST be done.
"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."
I would consider Overhaulin, They get a new team for each type of car correct? Which would mean there would be good BMW mechanics working on it. I would trust the car
As for pimp my ride... I bet they just paint over rust. Its funny how they dont even look at the engine, unless they want to paint it.
I bet they would take an e30 and stick a CRX front end on it, I think their entire goal is to put as many LCDs as they can in the car, and make it as ugly as possible
I think Overhaulin' only does classic cars, though. Technically, as far as car-show classification goes, our cars don't qualify. I think pre-1974 is the cutoff for most classic cars.
Overhaulin' did a magnum once too. I was super disappointed and boycotted the show for a couple weeks... But I'm back. I'm in the process of trying to put together my binder for the TURTL3, so that when my wife finally does a video and gets my car stolen out of the garage or something for Overhaulin', they know what to do.... yeah.
You could pretty much guarantee that a rieger gts kit would be fitted if it went to pimp my ride.
That or a Wings West Honda Civic kit, "custom fitted" to the car, along with its Mercedes C-class front end.
