Wanted to!...I bought it on steam and my laptops GPU shader models didn't support it or something.

I played Source for 6-7 years, but I play GO every once in a while.

I used to play 1.6 competitively, online tournaments and lan tournaments with a team of 5 friends from 2003 - 2008. Got known and such, then CAL league died so the game died(competitive side at least).
Randomly play GO with my little brother now since he learned how to play competitively a bit ago.

I played cs:go. Was esea-i for css for couple years and played 1.6 casually. It's not too bad. I don't like the "graphics overhaul". Css has always been a simple gfx shooter for me. But my main thing is tf2 now.

I think CS:GO is the best "competitive" FPS game out right now with over 1.2 million unique players a month. I used to play 1.6 all the time in highschool but gave it up. Source just never felt right, but I think GO recaptured the feel of 1.6.

I haven't play an CS game in about 2-3 years tried picking up Source again and its changed so much that its almost unplayable.

1.6 will still be the best forever, But i tried CS:GO out and I love it, I play BF4 more but when I'm having those shit nights I can always hop on CS:GO and just do damage.

Cannot agree with go recapturing 1.6! Its CS + TF2 in my eyes, fun for what it is but not the same.
