after thinking about it I'm going to give it a try. I wonder how much of this is placebo though.

I'm thinking a lot of it, but if it's working, making someone's life more awesome, how can I argue with that? I say do whatever makes you happy and if that means not bustin knuckle children, good for you. For the most part a good balance in life is fine. Strangely enough, I started jerking it less after my ex left me and at teh same time something else changed regarding my whole outlook and attitude on just about everything. I became more chill, thought more logically about situations where I would have normally lost my shit and have had more confidence and been more outgoing. I don't think it's because I slapped it around less, but maybe there is a connection.
