Ok, as many of you know I'm an actor who does voice work on the side as well.
A couple of years ago i met this dude and he said he wanted to cast me in his short films (i know, i know...not THOSE kind of films...but eh, I'm up for some porn ;))
His idea is to shoot this GTA themed student film that has me playing a role of some bad guy who kills ppl and all this other crap.(totally not my character type, as I've often been cast as some chic's boyfriend, or husband or an employee, but not this.)
Anyway, his filming is losing steam and many of his close friends have since ditched him. Recently his shoots have consisted of me wasting several hours out of my weekends with no makeup artist on site, no food, freezing my brown a$$ off and no end date in site (hence the constant texts to meet up and shoot more scenes).
On top of that, every scene we do shoot, has him dressed all "cool" and overacting everything and having me wear the same "dressed down" attire every scene.
My point is, I don't wanna tell this dude to screw off as he's a kinda my friend. but at the same time I don't wanna waste time on his film that is just a waste of my time. I've tried giving him some pointers on other indy films I've starred in and were far more time efficient and were catered and had makeup artists on site, but he just continues with the same crap...
What to do? any advice?
