There's not really a Simpson's live action movie. That's just something that someone made, albiet very well done. You can also tell that it's abviously British, and if there WERE to be a Simpson's movie, it would be made here, with a full all-star cast.

That was pretty damn cool, though. It was really accurate! Although Marge didn't have blue hair. :D

I think i saw something on TV where Harry Shearer was joking about how when the shows ratings get bad enough, they will retire the show with a movie.

Yeah, I thought it was a trailer for a movie but it turns out that it's just a commercial to promote the Simpsons in the UK.

Can you imagine trying to cast for all the parts? It would be horrible, because no matter who you got, they wouldn't sound like the characters on the show.
