      I work all holidays, I guess in the grocery business you don't have the luxury of being off on holidays but but grateful that I have a job for the holidays.

              Yeah, ill hit the road tomorrow night. Made all my xmas calls. We bbq some carne asada and stuffed ourselves. My coworkers are like family so it wasn't all to bad.

                  Our superiors are pretty understanding on the holidays they let us pretty much relax a bit. Most of the guys like it on the rarer side (as it should be) but I burned some for the guys who don't know any better. I work in Oakland Ca so there is no shortage of Hispanic supermarkets. So they marinade the beef and chicken for you.

                      Nice, we have quite a few places that sell it already marinated (El Paso is 99.9% mexican, and then .1% me lol)... My father in law and bro in law work the grill every chance they get, but they only believe in cooking it til it's dried jerky... a friend of mine just uses lime and salt, that's gotta be the best...

                        i usually would have but i got the eve today and tommorow off in turn for the day before and the day of new years working 12hr graveyard shifts (security at a casino on new years think about it..)
