    A Factory all electric e30

    I hope this isn't a repost, as far as i checked its not but this is really something. Its an all electric e30 factory built. Not only that but its a 325ix! Another weird thing is it has the facelift body and its a 87', gauge cluster is really something too... well here's the link!

        I love electric cars. There should be a law that people driving less than 25 miles a day have to utilize one.

              Facelift came out in Sept 87.

              Gauge cluster is amazing! Shows how much thought went into the project.

                  You realize that it use to take about 7 to 10 years, start-to-finish, to design a car back in the day? Not only do you have to make a car, you have to make all the tools that make the parts. And you have to gear up all the suppliers too.

                  So I'm sure they had the plastic bumpers prototyped way before 88.

                          This is some seriously cool shit right here, I have never seen this before! I think BMW should have another go at this with the new technologies and fit it into the e30 chassis. :-P

                          Imagine all the beautiful EV E30 IX's roaming around the streets, it would be a nice sight!

                            My old BMW mechanic in Denver had a gauge cluster out of an electric E36. It was pretty cool. He was crazy, but it was cool nonetheless.
