    BMW R75/6 -> Teach me

    Hey guys!

    Thinking about purchasing a 1974 R75/6 motorcycle. What's the deal with these bikes? Parts availability? Crazy overhaul cost? How about carb parts?

    Anyway, I've read wikipedia, but would love to know more. Knowledge dump here please :)

    Im not an expert but I have an older airhead A 1961 R69S
    Best thing Ive ever bought. With general maintenance they are bulletproof fun and people stop you everywhere you go wanting to talk about these old bikes. parts are plentiful and they are simple to work on

      That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Gonna go check it out tomorrow, pretty excited. It's rough, but a lot of perfect potential as a fun beater.
