I only use rainmeter for the diagnostic tools but I might check out the desktop as well. Thanks!

edit: turns out that I am not using rainmeter... I got the two mixed up. Oops

Im using a basic one but I have a ton of them.
Heres one of mine from the past. I like the simple ones with just date and time but you can do a ton more.

I used to mess around with it a lot, haven't used it in years though.

              Old screenshots:

This one was cool, the song tracking bar was behind the task bar.

i remember seeing a lot of this done on 4chan's wallpaper board

was going to do it, but just got lazy with it, plus I'm not sure if it really works well with macs or not ?

I was really into using rainmeter for awhile, Had a really nice setup with an extra screen (old 19" flatscreen hooked to my laptop) and all color matching widgets/themes. But when I had to start using my laptop more and more for school and junk it started to be a pain. One day when I have a PC I will have to get that all setup again.
It's not bad paint, it's called "patina"

Tried it at first, found it finicky at points, decided just to put essentials on desktop and deal with it.

I've been running Rainmeter for years. Debated on full width (3 monitor) photo just to fuck with y'all, but decided against. Lucky fella's.

Mind you, I have 2 21" monitors, and the left one is a 32" TV running at a lower resolution. So I matched up the picture to be flowing across the line as it looks in life, but looks odd on here.
