        There you go.

$15 an hour gets you your own place in the Ghetto, with a room mate... So it's not YOUR own place.

So how is that not shit for pay?

I mean it's cool if you just out of high school, but nothing to aim for.

Maybe youre not comfortable because youre mot from the ghetto. (I dont know you personally, maybe you are maybe youre not) but i come from the ghetto i was raised in it and i dont have a problem with it because its not as bad as its portrayed. Its actually not that bad if you live with a friend because if you have the similar interests then it IS like your own place.

People are paying $1300 a month to live in Northern Virginia? Sounds terrible.

You didn't answer any of the 4 questions I asked.

That basically tells me what I need to know.

I graduated two years ago and the business i got into is hard to get into, i graduated as a sound engineer for recording mixing and mastering music.
Do i have the skilss? Yes i do but like ive stated before, its is reeaally hard to get into that business because EVERYBODY and their moms is trying to work in a recording studio.

                    What do you do?
                    - Sales associate......I didn't realize there was only one industry with that position.

What do you want to do?
                    - A little late now, but did you consider this when you started?

Do you have the skills necessary for the job you want?
                    - If it's hard to break in, that means you don't a certain set of skills or connections in the industry. Again did you consider this. And/or, how do you get those skills/connections.

                    How will you get either?

Realize I'm not trying to be a complete hardass, I'm trying to make you really think about what you want.

For number 3 this may mean having access to a studio and doing your job for free, for instance.

Consider a seasonal job, something ocean related in the summer (like a kayaking tour guide) and something mountain related in the winter (like a ski/snowboard instructor or salesman). It's actually quite a bit of fun if you're not quite sure about the future.
