That is due to them being normal people there, all equal? I notice a lot of noob comments and basic trolling on a personal level. Here you gain respect in a number of ways, that does not carry over there on FB.

No the reason the FB page is a joke is because everyone is afraid of calling out the bull shit noob questions because everyone's personal information is shared.

For instance, on R3v (this place) if i asked a question like "why does my motor tick" everyone will flame me because that is e30 101.

but on the noob driven r3v extension, . . . . .Mind you, R3vlimited forum has nothing to do with the facebook page. the facebook page stole the name.. . .. . . R3v forums are not affiliated with the page. . . . . . the owner of this forum did not create the facebook page and are not affiliated with them. (Im 90% sure of this). its more of a fan page.

but anyways.. if i ask a question like "why does my engine tick" on the facebook page, people will be less inclined to flame me due to the fact i can find where they live very easily, along with all their other information.
