So I got el trebajo as a Service Advisor,at a local shop.
Well One the first tickets i come across is a 07 Yukon,Customer complaint of
noise coming from rear. Take the cover off,and im not joking someone had cut up a 12 oz dr pepper can up,and used it as a shim to hold the Pinion from moving.
Yeah nice very nice. Id have taken pics,but no cell phones on company time.
Yeah customer was pist, did end up selling them a New Rear end from chevy though,so my boss was happy. :D
