Josh, you reminded me. Without a doubt, Fatboy Slim is my favorite artist. Dieselboy is a close second.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

        Fail.

I'd have to go with some of my favorites being:

        Paul Oakenfold - Dread Rock
        Barthezz - On the Move
        Barthezz - Infected
Robert Miles - Children (Dream Version)
        Robert Miles - Landscape
The Crystal Method - Name of the Game
        and...

        Nexus - Next

If you don't have this song, download it asap. Although it is kinda slow to start, you won't be dissapointed.

Dieselboy versus Teisto? That's a hard one. No sarcasm, I love them both.

This whole genre is extremely tiresome and tedious. I certainly hope it is not the music of the future. That will be all. ;)

i hate weak ass gay club techno. that's where the bad reputation for techno comes from.

most of those guys you listed, gangsta, are mainstream. paul oakenfold has a great ear for music and mixing records I think, although it's right about him being so mainstream now. However, his major remixes still sound so pure. and he's a veteran dj, he can do whatever he wants, and he usually ends up playing the best tracks available, keeping in mind the enormously diverse fan base he's acquired.

tiesto = robotic, uninteresting mixing style, imo.

i can only listen to drum and bass so long though. after a while it just sounds so out of control, my brain can't lock into it. the same for rock music. i need some kind of spacey, driving loop every now and then.

                        House is better.

                        And Electronic.

And the song from that Volkswagen commercial.

I downloaded the ripped "trance voices" volumes 1-17, think it was like 4 gigs. Havn't had to listen to an online stream since then.

Hey dan, I'm liking your signature picture!

If anybody has paul oakenfold live from havana, cuba 1999 essential mix, i would love you if you would share it with me. Just thought I'd put this out before this thread completely dies.
