I just got that one too. Awesome phone. It comes with a 32meg transflash card, but you can upgrade to 1 gig.
The other day I set it up to record video (320x240 resoulution) and walked away. An hour later - it was still recording. Awesome.Originally posted by Matt-Bhey does anyone know anyone who gets upset and makes electronics?

Just upgraded to perhaps the best Pocket PC phone I have owned yet.
Tmobile's MDA or also known as the HTC Wizard or Qtec 9100.
- Processor: TI OMAP 850?
- 2.8" QVGA Color Display
- Windows Mobile 5.0 OS
- Quad Band GSM/EDGE
- Onboard MiniSD Slot (1GB limit)
- 64MB RAM / 128MB ROM
- 5.29oz; 4.3" (H) x 2.3" (W) x ??" (D)
- Onboard 802.11b Wi-Fi
- 1.3MP Digital Camera
It includes an extendable stylus that one can use , but I can actually navigate the touch screen with one finger instead. So no need to be confined to clicking all the onscreen items with the stylus.
The phone is no where near as large as all the other Pocket PC phones on the market at this time and does have the integrated slide out keyboard which auto rotates the screen when it is extended.
Compared to my previous Siemens SX 66 this phone is much better.
