That was sarcasm, best of luck with all of that. Being from podunk Omaha, NE I'm sure SoCal will be everything you dreamt it would be.
Feel free to occupy the population # I left to get the hell outta there. You'll likely have to become fake, and sell everything you stand for to survive.
Honestly, after going on a Game of Thrones binge of all episodes in the past 10 days, You are aiming at moving to King's Landing. Best of luck, and EVERYBODY there lies, but IRON-E hit a bunch of truths, value that and don't try to make lemonade out of the facts he gave you.

Pretty sure Montana is the least populated state.
einhander, we have meth too! and Casper is the #2 most hungover town so meth and booze.

The only thing to do is drink and do hooligan things. Omaha Nebraska was named the #1 most hungover city in the us. It doesn't HAVE to be socal anywhere i California would work. The car scene there compared to here is amazing and its seems like everything I want is in cali. Like I said though if cali doesn't work I'll come back here. I know I could open a euro shop here in Omaha cause there isn't many maybe like 2 or 3 and its going to a lot cheaper probably its just getting the clientele.

Thanks for the solid info Sleeve and Doom. We aren't waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles's by any means. We usually put effort into getting lost and hurt. My cousin will help set us up with the necessary emergency stuff. Thanks for the comprehensive list!
Both of us are familiar with hiking and camping in misery, northern New England can get pretty awful. I would love to do some of the 30+ mile pack hikes but we wont have the time or equipment. I figure it would be best to see as much as possible.
Really I just dont want it to be lame. I tend to get over my head with that idea though. We will be avoiding the tourist traps and Jellystone parks.
I am trying to find some real FS bikes to rent but its proving difficult. I'll be sad if we end up riding the chairlifts instead of all the tasty trails I have been finding.

LOL that was not a comprehensive listing, just some of the better must haves.
Well I work in the NE fairly frequently PA and Upstate NY. While there is some wildland areas unless you have been to the west an western WY, MT, ID in particular its going to be a bit of a shock to the system when your brain finally gets wrapped around just where you are. I am not trying to be a dick here, just trying to let you know what your in for thats all.
If you have done a few pack hikes in the NE then you have a bigger leg up than I was assuming and you will more than likely be just fine then. Just please, please dont underestimate where your going.Originally posted by FusionIf a car is the epitome of freedom, than an electric car is house arrest with your wife titty fucking your next door neighbor.
