Pretty much the same mechanics as the single player but more supplies. The listen mode is limited and can't be used constantly though. You use it up and it needs to recharge. It's a 4 on 4 situation most of the time. It's not a run-and-gun like any other online shooter though. Used to but it doesn't compare to the story so i put it away and wait for the DLC's.
