you do realize that was mostly a tongue and cheek post right. Your "hate speech" laws are kinda skewed. While it was dismissed it seems that if you are offended by what someone says about you, you can sue them. Even though it may not go all the way to tribunal it will cost the sayer huge dollars in legal fees to defend them selves from the state. Thus people will not speak their mind for fear of suffering from the same fate.
