This is exactly what I'm thinking, I knew all the questions to ask and he was shady as shit and wouldn't answer them. How can you be customer support for "1000 of internet companies" and not even know the name of your own company. Not to mention how does he authorize a refund if he doesn;t work for said raspberry cum company.
