I hardly think it's the parent's fault. I mean, it's their fault for raising such an idiot, but I'd like to think when I have kids I can trust them not to steal and destroy my things while I'm gone. And I'd like to think they would be smart enough not to play with triple digits on residential roads...

Consider a gallardo costs about $200,000 while an abortion costs maybe $2,000.

I couldn't really enjoy the end of that movie after they wrecked that ferrari. I just kept wondering if it was a real Ferrari. I couldn't really sympathize with a kid who can't appreciate a beautiful piece of automotive art like that.

Oh, and I couldn't really believe that a cars that only had 257 miles and had sat in a garage for years being polished wouldn't have been drained of all fluids. And if it hadn't, I have a hard time believing it would start right up and run.

                Haha no respect.

My old man had a 550M, keys hung on a hook, car in the garage. I was allowed to drive it, so there was no temptation.

My all-time favorite Ferrari. I'm jealous.

If that was my car that that kid wrecked? They'd never find the body...

He had to know (supervise me) obviously, but there was no temptation to take it to school or anything behind his back.

I can then imagine going to jail for life for killing my kid.

I'm only allowed to drive my dad's good toys when he's with me, but that's understandable. I drove the M5 alone a few times, but I always asked him. I know the feeling of someone else driving your car, so I get it.

Fuck em. Survival of the fittest. If youre stupid enough to go beyond your skill/recognition level in a car such as that, he deserved it. Take it from someone who has grown up around and spiritedly driven fast cars that werent mine and has never crashed or scratched any of them. Common sense, people.
