Do any of you know how to make a .gif image? I just want to use 3 pictures, and have it cycle through them.

I use Adobe Imageready, if you have photoshop it should have come with it. -

The gif animator utilty that comes with Paint Shop Pro is a lot simpler and easier to use. The Adobe interface has a rather steep learning curve. I can give you a copy if you can download from the Web, I have an academic trial version that includes the animation utility. PM me if interested.
