she was parked on the other side of a curb, with a long bush separating the other parking spaces. she hopped the curb, destroyed though the bush, coming straight at me. I was just walking along the other side of the bush towards my office.

My lawyer contacted the lady 20 mins ago, she has no intention of letting this get out of hand. IM NOT SUING. its a 100% winnable case, but I don't have time to go to court rooms BS.

Me and her settled.... a huge apology. 100$ cash for my shoes/pants/shirt, and she's taking me out to lunch with my colleages.

well we settled anyways. check my last post. COOL LADY on the phone... she said this wasn't the only car vs pedestrian accident she's ever had. She ran over a kid on a fixie taking a right turn last year.
