This has likely been mentioned already, but people who drive 20 mph under the speed limit on a two lane road with no passing areas piss me off to the Nth degree. It seems like every time I try and go somewhere, I get stuck behind one of these ass hats. Seriously, if you can't drive the damn speed limit, pull over and let those of us who need to get from point a to point b in a reasonable amount of time do so. It's doubly bad if the person is driving a Prius.:curse:

try living where I do this time of year. With the massive influx of warm weather types our 911 dispatch gets all kinds of calls every winter from CA types that have never driven on snow or ice and dont know what too do while they are out and about.......................... OR they are calling to report all the drivers in the huge line of traffic passing them at 10 under the limit while they are doing 22 in a 65 driving down the middle of the road when conditions are good for at least 50ish......

It's not only that, but the fact that they used their finger to cover it while taking the picture.
For some reason it grosses me out and screams "I'm lazy and want people to think I'm clever." in my opinion.

when I can't get my local police radio band because my scanner went on the fritz, and I traced the issue to the antenna, and now I need some goddamn adapter for it because they don't make UHF antennas with an old fashoned RCA-style connector.
of course maybe this is good, with the adapter I'll be able to run a magnetic antenna on the e30 :b

I am not arguing that new tech snows are much better than even 6 or 7 years ago. I have not had to run studs other than 1 winter out here and prolly could have gotten away with out them that year as well but we never saw pavement from Dec till mid march other than 4 days during the january thaw other wise its all hard pack and ice ... Generally we have been able to get by with just good newish All terrains 4wd and using the ol brain a little bit, but if we move out a bit further thats more than likely going to change

Its just I know a lot of people that would not make it to their drive's let alone up them around here in the winter time with out some extra bite. Got a buddy that works for the RR and if hes been on a trip for more than 48 hours in the winter with a decent snow going on he needs CHAINS to get up his end of the road just to get to his 800 foot drive way.

you live where it rains in the winter. Try going somewhere a bit more wintery and venture off the main roads. I dont like them much either, and where we are located in the valley dont need them per-say. Where we want to live they would be a NECESSITY just to get up the drive.. I was not that long ago even on some of the main rural roads around here that chains on your studed snows were needed just to get fed/st maintained highways to get to town. Like less than 20 years ago.

I spent 10+ years driving in a city where we got snow, ice, and hardpack every winter. The last 4 years, we had studless snow tires on the Volvo, never once had an issue. They slipped less than the studded ones.

I play soccer. I HATE it when people watch those pussies in the EPL being pussies and then emulate when playing against you. This last monday for indoor I was kicked in the ankle HARD, right below where the shin guard protects it, which subsequently made me roll it. I'm missing a day of work but I didn't say anything because whats sport without a little bit of contact?

Then this ronaldo fucker plays for the call after being lightly checked into the wall right in front of me while im bleeding with a bum ankle. He just gave me a look and continued to complain about his "hurt" feelings. I just hate it when sports are diluted by actions like that or when penalties are used for strategy. You knew what you were getting into you started playing the sport and if you love it enough then shut your trap.
