with all the sensationalism over Isis and the threat of global terror, this story hit VERY close to home for me and my family.
St-Jean sur Richelieu is a very small French town about 50km out of Montreal.
It's unclear whether this is an act of terrorism, or just one guy (which infact was known to the Feds) who fell off his rocker.
IMO, in order to constitute an act of terror it would have to be something more than running down a couple of soldiers in a shopping mall parking lot.
not to dismiss the fallen soldier, or undermine the seriousness of the murder but this seems to be a little on the light side if it's to be classified as terrorism.
