Max is a great person to deal with.
He's Army (Go Navy!!!), but he's still ok.
Base post masters are pricks sometimes, limiting amount of boxes sent out (especially overseas post masters). Bottom line, he will not steal your money.

Ive had very good luck with max, but I'm in a current situation over a trade we did. I sent him some parts in exchange for some lights back in january, or early feb. He got my stuff, but the lights he sent were damaged in shipping. We didnt learn this for awhile. He then had some surgery and ive been waiting for his reply. Its been a month since the surgery. Havent resolved the situation yet.

KARZRTOYZ..... Your side of the story.... My side of the story... Dave got 2 body kits and NUMEROUS other things from me. In an effort to cut the shipping cost on HIS end, I used what I though was a cheaper supplier. The suppler was Schenker Eurocargo Logistiks. In total I shipped 3 body kits out that day. 1 to a member on BF.c and 2 to dave. When I shipped them, my parts supplier saw them off. He inadvertently put shipping labels on ALL the boxes to Dave. So.... it takes FOREVER for the boxes to get there. They got stopped in Bremerhaven because my supplier is Muslim and that doesn't fly so well when it comes to large packages inbound for the states. So I had to get a hold of Dave and get information proving I knew him. Dave was less than cooperative. It ended up costing me 212E for the time it was stored at dock. Then it gets to him and I can't tell you what happens because its all Dave's story and I believe some of it to be speculation. He claims it was all subject to a customs inspection and he was charged approx $525 to pick it up. He said the shipper wouldnt' release it til he paid. Then he gets it and tells me that a sideskirt is broken. It wasn't when ti left here. I have pictures proving that. But Dave didn't opt for insurance. Dave has finally agreed to give up the kit for 1/3 of the cost of the import duties. The wheels I sent Dave are said to be iX wheels. At first one was bent... now its 2. He wont' send them back for replacements and I'm not going to give him ANOTHER set of wheels just cause he says something. I agreed to replace his sideskirt... on the condition he release the other kit. He refused. So thats where we stand. I have another set of Euro weaves in teh basement waiting for him along with a good passenger side skirt.

For the people who waited forever for their parts over the past 1 1/2 months. I have seen the dr 19 times since Feb 6. I have had 3 operations on my eyes. Each one has been unsuccessful. Each one has caused more problems than the last. I have been on a leave of absence for a total of 34 days since Feb 6. I currently see double and its extremely strenuous to do a ton of reading. DaveCN had been updating me with information that people were asking about boxes and such. I'm at a point where I think I can do enough reading to figure out whats going on. As you can see I haven't logged onto R3V for more than 3 weeks. Its not an excuse.... just the plain facts. Sorry for the turmoil fella's. Lets get it sorted out. I appreciate all the words of support.

I just wanna say I have bought from marakka before and he was a great seller, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. Some people just need to realize that he is in GERMANY and the parts aren't going to come overnight. Hope you get better soon man.

As for me being in Germany... thats not a coverup. I fucked those 2 guys over with the springs and the shocks. It took me way too long to get that out. Same thing with etasport. I'll get things handled. In the end we'll all be a happy family again.

I'm sure you can relate as we have some of the same eye problems. I went in for a strabismus surgery to correct my left lazy eye. The thought was that correcting the lazy eye would help with the nystagmus. The first surgery didn't do enough. I was left still with a lazy eye. The 2nd over corrected and also canted the vision in my left eye. So not only did I see crossed imagines, but one was tilted about 10 degrees sideways. As I started to heal, my muscle crept forward and cause IMMENSE pain. I had to go in for an additional surgery after only 2 weeks of waiting. This 3rd surgery has still left me seeing double, but I am corrected on the canted vision. June the 6th I have a consult ot find out if I need a 4th surgery.


I owe Ryan G a headlight. I remember reading that, but I don't know exactly what was up with it. Hopefully he'll chime in. I owe ETAsport a set of headlights. we are working that out. I think I owe someone else some headlights for a trade for a cam? Other than that I have 2 open transactions that are awaiting conclusion. We'll get it sorted out.
