Already talked to an eBay rep. and explained to them the situation. They told me that they are going to investigate the excessive shipping charges taking in the consideration the distance of the seller is to me.

I'll let you know if anything comes up.. as for the negative feedback the same thing always happens.. both parties get a negative feedback and then mutually retract to proctect their feedback score.

Well I feel for you, I got ripped on e30tech (jorantes is an asshole btw) charged $110 for shipping(tried to say it was 120) to ship it, and it clearly said on the box that it was only $40 to ship.
