Suggestions for easy website creation tool/hosting for beginning business?

Hi folks, my sister is looking to create a professional website where she can put her resume, photos, and info for a business she wants to start. (She is a private chef and her boyfriend is a boat captain, so it will pertain to boat charters/catering.)

Do you guys recommend any tools for creating a nice looking site without too much technical savvy?

For example, she was looking to achieve results similar to the following:

squarespace is pretty cool for clean, uncluttered, easy to set up basic sites.

WordPress is a pretty good choice for something like this. Tons of plugins and themes, also a good community if something goes wrong.

Anyone use Wix? I was just looking it over. Lots of customizing options.
