OK, I'm happy everyone loves my thread. I'll clear it up a little. I work as a commercial mortgage broker. I don't finance houses, I finance large multifamily complexes, retail centers, etc. This means I get paid infrequently, but in relatively large chunks. Anyway, I have a deal in the works that I am waiting on. I was pretty sure today that the bank, in all of their infinite wisdom, had killed the deal. But, in the ninth hour, while I was fishing (fuck golf), it looks like it will now be a go. So, I take it all back, I do not suck at life. Fuck everyone. Yeehaw, go me!. BTW thanks to everyone for the kind words. I took my anger out on the fish. And that video is fucking hilarious.
