I've used a few Motorolas and I haven't had that many issues with them, ecxept for my last one which simply stopped charging. It was a V710 and was great until I dropped in the toilet... Now I rock the E815 and don't have that many complaints with it yet. I have insurance on it though so when a nice new phone comes out that I want I'll just throw my phone against a wall and get a new one. :drink:

thats comedy. awesome. BTW, all nextel motorola phones are teh shitcakes...i have to use them for work, and i hate them.

Meh, I went to war on my i830 and it still works fine to this day. Just sold it for $80. I had a 530 before that and the only reason I sold it was because they came out with the smaller 830.

By war I mean knocking it off my clip 10 feet up and hitting concrete. All it had was a cadre of scratches.

well, for that purpose they are good. but features/camera sucks really bad. i have an i860 and i have had to change it out 2x b/c it keeps breaking...

That is because they were phones for professionals. I.e. phones. Companies didnt want to be supplying their people with AOL IM and cameras.

The 860 sucks because that is when they stopped marketing to professionals. Then they picked up boost and want to sell to wiggers and rappers. I moved my stake in them out after the sprint deal was announced. Consumers never pay their bills so you get in a credit logjam. The only way to compete is to put out a really shitty product.

i had one, not the star tac but the silver one afterwards, rocked that till xmas when i got a new one, friends were always shhhh, he's getting an email on his computer. but hey, i couldn't kill it, it got reception EVERYWHERE, new phones couldn't even touch it.
