Smoked some ribs today. Started both racks with a "Famous Daves Dry Rub". Ended one wet with a mixture of sweet baby ray's, water, and honey. Both were devoured in minutes.

Would have posted final shot but fingers were too messy and they were gone before I knew it!

Who else enjoys smoking/bbq/grilling? I typically do chicken and steaks/burgers. Limited with my small-ish Weber but nothing beats charcoal! I entered in a raffle with my Snap-On guy for a big green egg smoker, lets see if I win.

Nice! My pops has a nice barrel style smoker with the offset firebox. I still need to learn how to use it. I thoroughly enjoy grilling and most types of cooking (not huge into baking).

I do a tri-tip every once in a while.


Also like doing chicken kabobs.


Pork roasts are good too, but I usually put those in the slow cooker and either make them into faux pulled pork, pork tacos, or just eat it as a roast.
