Smoked some ribs today. Started both racks with a "Famous Daves Dry Rub". Ended one wet with a mixture of sweet baby ray's, water, and honey. Both were devoured in minutes.

Who else enjoys smoking/bbq/grilling? I typically do chicken and steaks/burgers. Limited with my small-ish Weber but nothing beats charcoal! I entered in a raffle with my Snap-On guy for a big green egg smoker, lets see if I win.
