    I've been living in Australia for 3 years and am waiting to get approved for my permanent residency so I'm stuck in the states.
    My wife(Australian citizen) wants to stay with me until it gets approved prob in febuary

    Applying for a green card takes forever so does anyone know anything about other options to let her stay?
    She can get esta visas but they are only good for 90days and she can't work?

    I know there's lots of brains on this site can anyone help?

    Might be able to come over as a student. Take a fall semester and find hospitality work.
