I cant wait until that comes out. Ive probably only played about 7 video games seriously in my life, most of them were SNES games. But 2 years ago when I picked up an xbox for a media center I started to play fable, it was probably the best game I have ever played in my life. Last night I just beat it.

Now im going to have to get a 360 somewhere, I dont think fable 2 comes out until late 2007 though, so I got some time.

Looks cool. I played fable 1 and wasnt a huge fan of it. I am more into computer games. Warcraft > all. I also play GuildWars as well. What you into man?

Mostly computer. The only games I acutaully played to the end or really close, was Half Life (the original), Played Diablo 2 for about a week, Mostly I liked online multiplayer games. I played CS since beta, but within the last 2 years I dont play much anymore, Also spent a while playing DOD and battlefield 1941 online.

For consoles, the only games I really played were Super Mario bros for SNES (beat it a couple times), Zelda for NES (dont remeber how far I got), and Zelda for N64 (at one of the last castles until I used a key in a wrong spot and quit). Fable is the only Xbox game I have ever played through on xbox. Although I did get pretty far in burnout before getting bored with it after a week or so.

I think I have 23 hours on my fable save.

whats better than killing 7000 people in a town, leaving and coming back 8 minutes later to buy a beer like nothing happened?

i played D2 for so long, quit for a while, and played again for a long time. it's alot of fun, but the online community is so elitist it hurts my feelings that i can't be the best, i can only be pretty good

EDIT another problem with fable was how i only had 3 different weapons throughout the whole game. wellows pickhammer lasted most of the game, and then later i would switch to dollmaster's mace or Harbringer, then kill jack and my sister and have the sword of aeons. sex was funny though..."OH you ARE a hero!"

Hahha yeah, It would be longer if you did all the secondary quests, I got screwed because at the end when you have to kill the last guy, I didnt know you wouldnt be able to leave the little house thing. I had like no life or anything, and I wasnt strong enough so I got my ass handed to me for a real long time.

Massacring towns was fun lol, yeah you just leave and in 2 min come back and they forget you killed everyone.


It took me 2 years to beat, mainly because I got almost done in 4 days or so. I was on the mission where you have to save your mom from jail or whatever. And at the LAST PART of it, when you battle this sea monster thing. She kept getting in my way, so im like "oh I bet I will be REALLY evil if I just kill my mom", so I kill her.... and lose the mission. I was set so far back I quit for year lol

yea, i've been there before

there was always a secondary quest at the beginning that i could never get to because my renown wasn't high enough, but once i level my renown....the quest disappears. something about snow trolls

Yeah, my brother got "the lost chapters" I might play that and try to beat it as good, unlocks other quests so it should be pretty entertaining
