KC missouri weather

when does it snow up there? I'm trying to decide if I should bring my mtech or 318is for school. I wont have covered parking so its gonna be outside the whole time.

As early as october ....i used to live east of maryville and it has been known to snow on or before holloween. i bet you wish you had an ix it would be the shit (COOL) there in the winter, talk about SNOW DRIFTING. My opinion if i were you, i'd take the lesser of the two, of couse judging from the pics both are nice, but there will be no need of a cabby until March or April at least.Coming from TEXAS you're in for a change buddy.... the winters get as cold as a witches tit

It CAN snow as early as october but the past few years we have gotten a few days of snow in late dec and a couple more in late jan.

I drive an S50e30 year round and last year I didnt even take my summers off.

Hail is generally sporatic not like in other states, it only happens generally during a SEVERE thunderstorm.

In KC its ultra rare. We have some hail in Lawrence but in KC its usually waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles hail that can be tamed by a simple car cover.

Storms come in from western KS and lose all steam by the time the reach the east of KC.
