Paulaner heffe weizen is probably my favorite beer. Not too heavy or bitter.

If you can, don't drink at all. You'll have more money and be healthier for it.

...says the guy with a kegerator in his living room...

I know Boulevard is down there. That's pretty good shit. My suggestions are usually shit because I either drink something local or something obscure that majority of most bars don't carry. It's very PNW of me... I know.
Well I live in the middle of Kansas in a town of 14000. The closest brewery that I know of is half an hour away.

Another for Tank 7, everything I have had from Sweetwater has been really good also. Definitely digging on the 420

Nothing wrong with those. Sure fire bet to get your money's worth of alcohol.

But ask for Top shelf. It's worth the extra $1 and they tend to be a little more loose with the pours.

Moscow mule... Now that is a tasty drink. In addition to the lime, I like to garnish it with a slice of ginger root that I cut into a pencil sized piece to act as a stirring device.

On beers, I prefer ales. Brown, wheat, amber, IPA. In that order. When I'm in less distinguished company, ie: when I need to be drinking out of a can to be able to shotgun at a moment's notice, I prefer Labatt Blue.
