    my 24hrs of LeMans

So im leaving in about 30 mintues to head back east to kansas from cali. 24hours. 1300 miles, 24 hours. Im probably going to stop in New Mexico for a break/nap.

the e30 is running great, no problems of anysort, but i packed the obligatory extra water, some oil, tools, blah blah blah. It has my whole live in the trunk/back seat, squatting like a mofo.

    Start your engines!

It sure seems like you'd save money by flying in your case...

The 2 days of work would pay the ticket off.

School starts here tommorow kyle, plenty of scenery if you come to Lawrence.
                  Im now E30less.

Now, what kind of fun would that be??
Besides, I like to be able to bring my pocket knife with me when I travel, oh and my own beverages too. More than 4 damn ounces.... Oh and then there's some damn TSA idiot wanting to give me strip search even though I'm a U.S. Marine with 10 years in....

Ok, I made it back in 27 hours, taking a 4hr nap in Arizona and a 30 min nap at a gas station. No problems what soever with the car, drove like a brand fucking new car. Nice A/C, new tires, Cruise Control, all the amenities.

Next trip is going to be New Jersey in December!!! Sweet!

We do 910 miles to Florida on two gas-n-go stops frequently. Of course, that is in our Sienna with a bigger tank and a smoother ride than an e30. The key is to not let the kids drink too many fluids. :-)
