We do 910 miles to Florida on two gas-n-go stops frequently. Of course, that is in our Sienna with a bigger tank and a smoother ride than an e30. The key is to not let the kids drink too many fluids. :-)

Yea, i never had a problem with frequent urination untill i started drinking redbulls...make u piss like a mofo, and like every few hours or so.

I only stopped for Gas, and I would maybe make a quick stop between gas breaks to walk around, piss, etc...... Lets just say i have a new found respect for semi-truck drivers. All the ones i encountered were chill as fuck and didnt think they owned the road.
