ive been working at this swap for a year and a half now. im having a shop do it, but i still want to punch babies. one thing after another. missing RB harness, missing ka harness, incomplete ka harness, missing gaskets, missing mounts. found the mounts, but they are for an RB26DETT, not my RB25!!!!!!!!! searching for a Q45 MAF, Q45 TB, intake manifold broke during shipping... trying to title the car, the cops think its stolen, where is the guy i bought it from? who the hell knows. deadbeat shop. mechanic is on vacation, mechanic had eye surgery, hes blind for 2 weeks, mechanic is in minnesota delivering a car. etc etc etc etc etc. i have sunk nearly $20000 into this project, im so freaking close to being able to drive it. newest issue, as you can see. wrong motormounts.. wtf.....................

lol. the correct mounts should be here hopefully wednesday. im just praying my driveshaft is the correct driveshaft. who the fuck knows. this was started a bit over a year and a half ago. just have to remember, the end result will be well worth it. these pain in the ass little mix-ups can't last forever! 300whp BEFORE i toss a GT35R at it and tune for 450whp. the motor has never even been opened up.


and just incase anyone is interested, this is what it is.

-DEFI BF- boost, egt, and oil pressure gauges with control module.
-RPS 6 puck sprung clutch. rated to 520 lb/ft of torque.
-Fidanza 10.34lb flywheel.
-Walbro 255 fuel pump.
-OEM nissan RB water pump.
-N1 RB oil pump.
-Infiniti Q45 throttle body.
-Infiniti Q45 MAFS.
-Work VS-XX 17x8" wheels in gold.
-have the optima redtop finally, lol. relocating to the trunk.
-LS auto recalibrated tachometer for 6cyl.
-JDM rear aero + valences.

i'll be running the stock turbo for a while. it has a ceramic compressor wheel. it cant handle anymore than about 11psi before it explodes and shoots out your exhaust. really limiting. i plan on getting STANCE GR+ pro coils, usdm oem lip, and putting my work wheels on the car before the snow flies and i have to put it away for the winter.

im on zilvia. dont post much though. apparently its cool to have stupid body kits and the most obnoxious offsets you can possibly find. my opinion on things doesnt generally sit well on that forum. so i just kinda read without posting. its no secret. the 240 crowd has ALOT of ricers...
