I just kicked my addiction to Mt Dew and it was probably one of the hardest things Ive ever done, I shit you not. I would drink a can right when I woke up just to get myself going, and then polish off close to a 12 pack the rest of the day. Needless to say, it took me about 2 weeks to get off the caffine addiction and my body hasnt felt this good in years. I acted like a raging bitch with a case of PMS though in the process, but I think it was worth it.
Mtn. Dew = bye bye sperm.
