the system in the car is a 4 euro pump(from german forklifts/rear semi lift gates) with i believe it was 4 batteries, running on 24 volts. the germans on their systems like that dont run springs(like the hopping U.S. low lows) but they do have accumilators to open to make the car ride smooth. the cylinders were i am sure the reg. 6 inchers. the car was a bronzit shade and has alot of really cool oldskool pinstriping details. the inside was plain jane with nuttin cool in it- a very stripped down version, but so very clean.

one of my very good friends here in germany is THE distributor for U.S. lowrider hydraulic. he also sells some euro kits. check out this link for some cool lowrider stuff.
The chevy truck is mine, we built it at his house, and the bug is a result of 4 weeks of me and him having fun fabricating. the 73 OLd is also my old lowrider.
