Twin-charged two stroke Detroil Diesel

I'm sorry but this really erks me. The blower on a two stroke is not charging anything, it is simply to allow the engine to scavenge due to the minimal vacuum cause in a 2 stroke diesel. It makes minimal boost hence why the fit turbos to increase hp.
