Nope. I had done some research on this thing awhile back after seeing the picture, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. It's in one of the really big Russian aircraft museum/graveyards and the wings are missing. I'll see if I can find it again.


Found it, it's the Bartini VVA-14 vertical takeoff amphibious aircraft prototype. Interesting little thing. Oh, and it never made it to VTOL testing.
