You're from NC, i can't really expect you to have taken a high school physics course. The only possible way for the dog to be shoved back into the seat by G forces is if the vehicle eitherActually you're wrong. There is such a thing as centrifugal force, and yes, it would force the dog BACK into the seat (if the car were in drift).
Centrifugal force is the force created on a body when an object rotates about a point. THIS is the force you experience/feel. Centripetal force is what allows you to stay inside your car or let your car keep traveling around the turn (the ground applying a force back on your car).
Centrifugal force points outward, away from the center of rotation.
Centripetal force points inward, towards the center of rotation.
A. Accelerated really quickly in a forward direction from a stop, or
B. Braked really hard from traveling in a backward direction
Ever flown in an airplane? At takeoff you are pushed back into the seat, yes?
Are you M4d Tite Dorifto? Because even when your drifting centripetal force pulls on the car and the body laterally.
Centripetal force is the force that makes it feel like your being pulled to the right when you take that highway offramp that curves to the left at 80 mph.
Of course the ground places an upward force on the car...otherwise it would sink into the ground. Go get some more book lurnin in ya, then come talk to me about some fizix(the ground applying a force back on your car).
EDIT: SILLY PUTTY!
