It could be a 993 GT2, but it's unlikely. As Juju alluded to, it looks like it's just a 993 with GT flares.

It might be a RUF car too. On the earlier cars the did a turbo conversion with naca ducts feeding twin intercoolers. I used to work on one, but IIRC the rear of the car tilted to give you access to the intercoolers and pipes. It also appears to be an early car because of the oil tank access/filler door on the rear fender. That was only for 68/69 and part of 70, then it was dropped and moved to the engine compartment because people were mistakenly putting gas there, killing the oil and sometimes if not caught launching motors.

IIRC the GT2 did come with bolted on flares, as well as the same engine cover and spoiler. My guess is true GT2 or a good replica. Either way, still looks damn good to me.
