I live about 20 min from there, it is very gnarly. you can walk out about 10 feet then it drops like 30 feet. it can get scary in there, ive gotten the shit beat out of me swimming in those waves.

I am 5 minutes from that spot. I like to go out with a kickboard when its 8-10. Any smaller is boring and any bigger is too hardcore for me. Its entertaining to watch the pros during the huge swells however. A guy died during the el nino a couple years ago when it was 20+.
