Yes, that prop is owned by Bill "Tiger" DeStefani, the owner of the Unlimited class P-51 "Strega" That is his house near Bakersfield that he is mounting the prop in. My guess is that its belt driven using gear reduction. My worry would be if it got out of balance for some reason. That is a lot of weight to be oscillating around, while hanging from the ceiling.
