Can't wait to go see the movie. Been watching him for 5 years, or whenever it first screened on telly over here. Good to see you lot can laugh at yourselves, (or your fellow country men), its all good fun.

The kazakstan governents spokeperson complained about borat and tried to explain that they did not shoot dogs/gypsies/jews. Afterwards Sacha Cohen got up in character and stood outside the kazakstan embassy and gave a speech about how the original guy was an Uzbek imposter. Not sure if its just PR BS or if he actually did it. The speech is on his website.

I have a nasty habit of hitting the turps and putting on his accent and manerisms. Been told I do it quite well.

Bruno is pretty dam funny as well, favourite interview he did was when he interviewed some fashion designer about consistency, youll know the clip if you've seen it.

I Don't think he is making fun of Arabs as much as he is making fun of the people's reactions to him doing fucked up shit when they don't think it's there place to correct him. Like asking people if they want to see a picture of his sister then showing them a polaroid of some fat dirty porn, or singing "throw the Jew down the well" at a hick bar and getting everyone to sing along, or asking a martial arts teacher the best way to defend against a "jew's claw".
I've always thought Ali G was fucking hilarious, Borat has always been my favorate.

The first minute of a sketch can be entertaining, but then he just gets fuckin frustrating to watch. It's like "we get it."

The British version is a lot funnier, the only really funny parts of the American version are Steve Carrell and that guy Dwight.

I feel its a downer and I feel lots of frustration and hate for the boss. Not close to as funny as the american version to me. I also see lots of people saying they like the british one more just to say they like the british one more, not saying this is the case for you Josh, I just do tend to see that.
