Unless they get the Senate, things won't be different. Thankfully Bush will be using his veto power to take care of things for next two years. After that, we'll see who gets the office.

The markets are down beause the Senate has not been called and because of the uncertainty. Wall Street was actually pretty excited about the prospect of change in the Congressional power.

Anywho, it looks like the Senate goes D as well. Virginia will get a recount, but Webb wins. Montana is close, but it looks like Tester has too much of a gap for Burns to overcome.
