Who bought a Wii?

I think it's Wiitarded, especially the Wiimote. I think I'd rather Wiiead a book. Haha, every since my friend got one, all of us have been making fun of the name and coming up with every word that can be replaced with Wii in the beginning. Just though I would share some.

While I think the name is pretty stupid for a video game console, I think the system it self is pretty damn cool. The fact that you will be able to download nearly every old Nintendo game, plus the fact that you can still play GameCube games on it and the cool motion sensitive controller, it's a winner in my book. Not to mention it's CHEAP compared to its rivals.

Have you ever played the thing? The controller sounds innovative but it gets old after a day. And besides, it doesn't really work. Shooting games are impossible, and the motion isn't always "sensed." Besides, ever thought of a day where you are super tired and you just want to play video games? Not going to happen, you have to be energetic and ready to jump around with the Wiimote.

Umm... sure.

If you bought Red Steel than yes, the controls suck as in that game. Hence why it hasnt scored above a 6 in any reviews.

The remote is not perfect. This is also the first gen of games, on a new console, and more importantly a new interface. This makes it much harder than what most consoles see in their first generation of games. It will get better.

If you get tired playing these games, you are really out of shape.

Im not out of shape at all, I run five miles in 40 minutes 3 days a week for my conditioning for my college soccer team. It's just that I want to lay down and be tired and lazy when I play video games. Although I do agree with you that the games should get better... but I still would rather have a traditional controller, thats all.
