Anyway, if you really were disturbed by the video, you should simply boycott MCDONALDS, BURGER KING and WENDY'S and other fast food hamburger places. The demand for beef comes mostly from them. The bulk of our nations health problems stem not from steaks and such, but from that processed junk. That and soft drinks. And, it's been a known fact for a while that dairy products are not terribly healthy for you.

Also, try telling the laboring man after he comes home from an exhausting day of work that he can't re-energize with porkchops but dinner will instead consist soley of green beans, spinach, and lettuce. This is something that a paper pushing vegetarian will never have a concept of.
