                                          Yes, this might be a good way to handle looters, however one must question if they would be looting if not for out presence. Actions like this must make us look hideous in their eyes. I'm sure many of them regard the American soldiers that act like this as terrorists. I am optimistic and I would like to think that acts such as this are rare.
