    Back support for cars...

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you knew a good overlay of sorts for a seat in a car to give me lower lumbar support. I just got back from the doctor and my lower back disc's are starting to slip around and he told me I need to get something to put on my chairs and in my car to try and straighten my spine out before a disc totally pops out.

I was hoping someone would know of something good... It would go in my mk3 fwiw.

For now maybe a small pillow? Try Brookstone in the mall. You should have one where you live I think.

        How about something like this:

Over 50 years of providing the world with the best in aftermarket Street Seats, Racing Seats, Off Road Seats, Jeep Seats, Suspension seats, Seat Brackets, Harness Belts and more.

Made to go under the seat material.

Edit: After a quick search, I found this:

Corbeau racing seats offer a inflatable lumbar support for their seats.

Just an idea if you think of upgrading and want a good excuse!

I have them in my car and they are very supportive!

Awesome thanks a lot guys, I just went to every wal-mart type store and couldn't find JACK.

Only place was target had a nice looking one for $25 that was meant for cars and had a nifty little massager in it, but they only had one and the box was destroyed and it looked like a return...

I might get one of those inflatable ones that go under the seat cover for my m3, but for the jetta something that sticks on top will be just fine.

For Christmas though I am hoping to get my m3 seats reupholstered, I bet I can get the guy to throw in some lumbar support to :)

Take off the seat back and place a rolled up towel back there. It will work perfectly. Trust me ;)
